@Spekkal_X2: Why is it that demons seem to have it easy...isn't it odd especially for ya spek. I mean the Goat demon, that is yours right...I read about him in a story made.

Reply Spekkal_X2, April 6th, 2016, 9:30 am what. Like, being a demon has nothing to do with anything? Unless we're going into like... species discrimination here. I'm genuinely confused how it's odd 'especially for me'.
If we're going about comparisons, like, yeah Guet does have it easy in comparison to others here, I mean he can't see the boundaries of reality like Shady can. But it's easy for him cause he knows where his morals lie, and knows where he stands with the world. While other characters in here have their moral compass skewered, and it changes with every scenario they face. While he doesn't have much conflict, a lot of people do.

My original point was that Shady here has just went 'insane' within the span of a minute after walking into the house, pointing out a ton of reasons why he's 'insane' to the audience. But it can be argued that instead of just one comic of 'yep my character is now crazy', it would have been better to show progression and pacing, and have him slowly lose it than literally straight away.

okay I may have rambled a bit, my bad.

@Spekkal_X2: It was a joke about species, and how demons are considered "Insane monsters" In culture... and whilst this is a bit of him going to the point, this is only a small progress of how bad it could go. Thou I have to say that was funny that it seemed to have progressed in a matter of minutes~
His Insanity was subdue and hardly reach the stage of insane, merely a seen of self-doubt of how he slowly and easily goes off the handle.

The joke isn't as funny because I explained it but it still works if you knew the context of it...that being I was making fun of shady by saying what most assume morally Evil has it easy in comparison.

Also underground connections is a good story.

Reply Spekkal_X2, April 6th, 2016, 10:18 am OH! Right! Yeah demons are stereotypically absolute monsters who eat souls and blah blah blah. I'm very tired and that went, like, way over my head.
And makes sense! So it's more Shady's worry and doubt which is making him lose it a bit faster, BECAUSE he's worried that he'll lose it? It's like an endless cycle?

and oh um. uh. th-thankyou!! <3

Reply WolfryHedgies, April 6th, 2016, 1:45 pm Actually demons are not usually considered "insane monsters" rather than slick talkers that like to screw with everyone's heads.

The insane monsters are actually poltergeists.

@WolfryHedgies: I'm not so sure 'poltergeists' is the term you're looking for, since that's a very specific terms, generally used to refer to a form of ghost or supernatural entity - usually invisible - associated with physical disturbances, such as objects randomly moving around the house or unsourcable loud bangs and noises.

Demons on the other hand is more a general term. Slick talkers is quite a common modern interpretation, what with a key theme of demons being 'manipulation', though historically and mythologically speaking, you have probably just about as many 'insane monster' demons as you have 'manipulate you over a cup of coffee' demons.
